Deposit
A $500 deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations More Than 3 Weeks Prior to Retreat Start
Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded minus the cost of two nights’ accommodation, charged according to the occupancy type of your booking, in accordance with the resort’s cancellation policy.
Any applicable processing fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations Within 3 Weeks of Retreat Start
No refunds will be issued.
Reservations are not transferable within three weeks of the retreat start date.
No-Show / Early Departure
No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, or unused services.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, illness, or travel disruptions.

Can I arrive early or stay later?
Yes, you are welcome to arrive early or stay later. You must contact the resort for price and room options.
I booked a double room and my roommate cancelled
Rooms must be filled to capacity. If no roommate is found for shared room, the guest will be placed in a private room and the guest will be required to pay the difference.
Can I bring my partner if they are not participating?
If you would like to bring a partner or friend who would not participate in the program but just share your same room and have meals with you, the resort has a special rate of $130 plus tax with meals included
