Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit

    • A $500 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

    • The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Cancellations More Than 3 Weeks Prior to Retreat Start

    • Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded minus the cost of two nights’ accommodation, charged according to the occupancy type of your booking, in accordance with the resort’s cancellation policy.

    • Any applicable processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations Within 3 Weeks of Retreat Start

    • No refunds will be issued.

    • Reservations are not transferable within three weeks of the retreat start date.

  • No-Show / Early Departure

    • No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, or unused services.

  • Travel Insurance

    • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, illness, or travel disruptions.
