Hi, I’m Leah — and I’m so grateful you’re here. I bring personal practice and professional experience into everything I teach.
.
Bloom in Tulum was created as an intentional pause for those who give deeply and move quickly through full, demanding lives. I wanted to create a space that gently pulls you out of the constant noise and pressure — not just to rest your body, but to reconnect with what truly matters to you.
While Pilates and yoga absolutely support strength and balance, I believe true renewal goes deeper than the physical body. My intention is for you to leave with renewed clarity and a sense of inner alignment that supports you long after you return home.
Bloom in Tulum is about more than stepping away — it’s about remembering who you are beneath the busy roles and responsibilities, and returning home feeling centered, intentional, and deeply nourished.
With love,
Leah

Certified Vishoka meditation instructor

What all of my trainings really means, is that I care deeply about creating experiences that feel both nurturing and intelligently designed, so you feel supported, safe, and empowered in your body.
I’ve had the privilege of working with Fortune 500 companies, teaching at five-star resorts, leading international retreats, and sharing my work at yoga festivals and women’s conferences. What matters most to me, though, is helping women take what we practice together and apply it to real life — in ways that feel doable, meaningful, and lasting.
